1. Payment Terms:
- Payment for items must be made in full before the delivery process begins.
- Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money, Blupay, or Wire Transfer.
- The payment for delivery services is made separately and directly to the rider and bus driver involved in the delivery process.

2. Delivery Process:
- Upon receipt of full payment, the buyer will be provided with a list of available riders to choose from. The buyer can negotiate directly with their preferred rider regarding the delivery details.
- Once a rider is selected, the item will be picked up from the shop and transported to the Kejetia Lorry Station.
- At Kejetia, the item will be handed over to a bus conductor or driver for transportation to the agreed destination.
- The bus conductor or driver will contact the customer to confirm receipt of the item at the station and will provide updates regarding the expected time of arrival at the delivery location.
 
3. Customer Responsibility:
- The customer is responsible for coordinating with the chosen rider for the delivery from the shop to the Kejetia Lorry Station.
- The customer must ensure they are reachable by phone for communication with the bus conductor or driver to finalize the delivery at the destination.

4. Liability:
- The shop is not responsible for any issues that arise during the delivery process once the item is handed over to the rider. 
- The customer should ensure clear communication with the rider and bus conductor/driver to avoid any misunderstandings or delays.
